1. Spa Hours
Our spa is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00.
We welcome you to experience tranquility and healing during our operating hours.

2. Reservations

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment time.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in thousands of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include government tax.
• We accept cash and major credit cards.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest's booking.


5. Cancellations & Late Policy

• Please notify us at least 3 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour in advance are subject to a 50% charge.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment.

6. Health Considerations

• If you suffer from any health conditions, please inform us before booking so we can help select the most suitable treatment.
• If you are pregnant, we encourage you to consult with our Senior Therapist or receptionist for safe treatment recommendations.

7. Privacy & Personal Data
We value your privacy. Any personal data collected through booking or contact forms is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


8. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate conduct.
